Box+

2024. PLA 3D print material. 4×4×4cm.

Based on the project prompt of “combining laser-cut acrylic board and 3D printed box wall”, this container aims to address the issue of finding no convenient spot to temporarily hold the shells of sunflower seeds when eating them. The box adopts a drawer mechanism and a flippable cap secured by magnets. When enjoying the sunflower seeds, the extra room behind the smaller storage box provides a temporary space to hold their shells. When disposing of the shells, simply close up the cap and turn the box over.
